My pictures are missing the cilantro on top, I took the pictures before I added it.
Ingredients-
1 pizza dough or thin store bought pizza crust
1/2 cup peanut sauce (I buy mine, its faster)
1 cup cooked chicken (torn into bite sized pieces)
1 carrot (julienned)
1 handful bean sprouts
2 green onions (chopped)
2 handfuls mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 handful peanuts (chopped)
1 handful cilantro (chopped)
1/2 cup peanut sauce (I buy mine, its faster)

1 handful peanuts (chopped)
1 handful cilantro (chopped)
Spread peanut sauce over the pizza, pile chicken, green onions, sprouts*, peanuts and cheese on top. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. A little brown gives it a good crunch. Once the pizza is done sprinkle with chopped cilantro, then enjoy. Nate I both loved this however I would suggest not feeding it to your kids since the sauce is a little spicy.
* next time I am going to put the spouts on the pizza a little past the half way cooking mark. I want them to have a bit of crispiness.
So far so good on the pizza week, granted we are only two days in but I am not sick of pizza yet!
